Ultra Violet Micro Mouse mod.
I gave my wife my IBM laptop, including my Atek Micro Optical Mouse.
This is a tiny RED optical mouse. But here laptop has lot's of blue/purple highlights.
I also bought here a Purple Hello Kitty decal from Sharteredweb
I just bought a pair of Ultraviolet LED's and decided to replace the LED in her mouse.
The Ultraviolet LED's have a purple and blue hue. They truly have a Blacklight effect.
I replaced the main LED, and decided to add a second LED to brighten the whole mouse.
The second LED was wired straight the USB 5volt connection (through a resistor of course)
VERY bright.
