I order two from TheZeb.com They guaranteed lowest price (And the did have the lowest price)
Also they offered a 60-day return policy, so if I didn't like it, then I could return it.
The box came in only three days.
Inside were my two 15" Lightning Neon
I wired them up and tested them out
They flashed like a strobe light. (Camera can't capture it) Which was very hard on the eyes.
