Audio/Video Output on ATI AIW Radeon

As part of my Media PC I am using a ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon graphics card.
This card has more Audio and Video related inputs and outputs than any other card.
But since the inputs and outputs of my Media PC are going to be integrated, I did not want any cables coming out of the back of the PC, only to be re-routed to the inside.
So the solution is to wire the connectors internally in the first place.

The two connectors I need to re-wire are labeled above.
I will be soldering the headers directly to the pins on the back of the board

The Jacks were all soldered in place and wired up.

Then sealed with hot glue, and covered with aluminum tape for shielding.

In the end we have added 5 extra outputs to the Radeon without using a dongle cable.
