Super Cooled ATI Radeon

My ATI Radeon 64Mb DDR VideoIn/VideoOut graphics card was screaming to be modified.

I decided to make it freezing cold. by adding Ram Sinks, Fans, Peltiers, and a Larger Heatsink.

I added a Peltier running off of 5volts (12volts is too hot for the heatsink)

Added a 486 style Heatsink and fan from Coolmaster.

And hand cut eight Ram sinks from a larger heatsinks (Took forever)

I also added a Small heatsink to the Rage Theatre chip for good measure.

Everything is attached using Thermal adhesive (Tested with paste first)

I added a second heatsink to the top side and attached it using hot glue, it transfers heat away using a gel like substance I ripped out of an old Apple PC. The Fan is the origonal fan from my SOYO dragon board, but it seemed well suited for cooling off the ram chips, due to it's open side.

It's been installed in my system for about 3 months now, no crashes, and running the Peltier at 5volts keeps the Radeon at room Temp without creating condensation
