LED lit Compact Flash Reader

This is the first part of my modifications to light the drives in my system.

A simple, single super bright LED inside my USB compact flash reader.

I internalized this read a while ago, so I need to be lit.

First the guts, very simple inside.

The LED was wired to +5 volts (Traced from the USB port) and ground.

(There is a 100ohm resistor under the heatshrink tubing)

The LED is placed at an angle shining down on the PCB
The light is reflected off the PCB matching the effect of the lights in my bezel.
Since my card reader can also read Type II cards and Microdrives the light still shows when a card is installed.
